my honda gx690 on my processer has run almost 3800 hrs and today the govenor gear let go,called honda dealer they said bring it in ,they had all the parts needed cam gear ,oil pump gear gov gear2.5 hrs back on and cutting before 2.pm. never been there before they took it out truck put in on table and loaded in up, great people dropped other things too get me back up and running. if you hear you honda skip shut it off maybe save the other gears

You have a very good dealer, look after him! That kind of service is hard to find.

they are a big dealer here in nh. naults powersports in manchester nh ,they were great, never met them before but will again.the motor runs great now .

In this day and age its nice to hear of a dealer going the extra mile. Glad to hear he had 3800 hours on his honda gx 690 engine. I just bought a new generator that has that engine on it. Haven't even oil and gas it yet.
