Who is the best companies to re-tip and tention the 1030 blades , it has to be a good job and quick turn around

"good job and quick turn around" is mentioned. What is behind that, as it would appear to be good business practice for any company.

Be sure as you deal with companies that they don't reduce the thickness of tips. I did and the blade heated up due to friction. The reduction was slight but that was all it took.

Anytime you use a new saw doc or have concerns with an existing one, I'd suggest photocopying the specs page from the manual and handing over to the doc. In the past when I've used different saw docs,I've gone and seen them, looked them in the eye and asked them direct questions about doing my blades - nothing rude, but not beating about the bush either - supplied them with the spec sheet and asked them if they can do "that"? they've all said yes, but I still go back to the same guy even though he now lives 4 hour drive away from me  :o
