Great time you guys had there.

Hardwood cutting sure keeps those saws nice and clean. :)

With help from pledge, same as my old dirt bikes on mine, but unfortunately even so the ones I've run non stop occasionally get that black pine stuff stuck on and have the scratches I can't hide anymore. The felling & Blocking saws stay cleaner because they are bigger so I don't carry them around therefor aren't run in the brush & prickers like that poor once clean now nasty looking 562..:( And only had to replace the top plastic once on the clone, try to keep it looking clean for video's. But yes...not pine tar! Closest we have is that gum from ash trees & bar oil. As far as the 372's & the 390 on the bumper .. those are all Jack Walkers. All modded by "famous name" builders. All always clean and ready to rip. Think he might have the largest collection of " famous name builders" work in his saw collection of anyone.

That 281..mine. With the old style metal brake. THAT was a barn find from a person I traded cows too. It's been run since it was new until he couldn't start it anymore...he also sells firewood as a business. It's REALLY clean because all it had to deal with is blocking Hard Wood. No pine or derivative. So how DO you get pine tar off a saw?? Got some that real stubborn on the 562 handle where I had it on my gloves and continued with that sticky crap getting everywhere.
