Intuit has decided to put a software program called C-Zilla in with thier tax product this year. This program limits you to installing the program to one computer. If your harddrive crashes or you replace your computer sometime in the next few years you will not be able to access your tax data in case of an audit without purchasing another authorization code. Also the C-Zilla program operates as spyware and can not be erased from your computer. I takes up 1 meg of ram as well. For more information check out the reviews of Turbo Tax at Amazon.com
