Sawing Methods for Hemlock - How would you saw this?

I am currently doing a custom sawing job in central Wisconsin of 34 hemlock logs of the following dimensions with my WM LT-30 hydraulic for what I believe are parts for a cabin build. I estimated 2,700 board feet (Doyle) from these 34 logs.

Took the 664D for a ride to drag a few poplar sawlogs home. For our area, these are huge poplar. I'm 6'1" and couldn't wrap my arms around 2 of the 3. Made the Clark work hauling them all at once. No shortage of power, but steering was less then perfect.

Ive been keeping an eye out for one. I notice some models and years over lap. Is it the posters mistake on what year or did they overlap. B,C,D I'd think go in order by age but don't seem to. Does anyone know the models and years were?

I recently straightened the carriage track on my sawmill. Then I tried to run the saw (60") but as I'd guessed, I need to adjust the saw/arbor first to get it back to sawing without heating or binding the blade. Does anybody out there have the link to the Govt. produced manual that lays out...

I am looking for suggestions regarding sawing out a subfloor. This will be for my own home, and does not need to be inspected.
