Timber frame must see recommendations

I will be traveling through the Western states in March/April and was wondering if you could recommend the best Timber frames you know of or even built. All proposals are welcomed, maybe even a map could be created for future reference.
*Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Wyoming.
