I am finding it hard to get use to the Felling Dawgs on my 372. I used a Husky 254xp for 10 years and it had the bumper not dawgs. Is there a replacement bumper for the 372xp that is like the 254xp bumper I can purchase? ???
Thanks,

Husqvarna # 537 04 39-01. Should do the trick.
Don't know what "bumpers" are... but just remove the fallin' dogs off the saw...
Gary
They are just felling dogs without teeth. Protects the oil tank and lets the saw "slide".
I wouldn't replace them . Just take them of and round the teeth off with a grinder. I have had both and got used to the teeth an wouldn't do with out them now.

They look like dawgs without the spikes and they were a option on some saw models.
Look closely at the stock appearing race saws and you will see a few people running them, mostly on the 2100 etc it seems. Some people like them for protecting their cases if they dont like dawgs like the poster. Here are just a few examples.

Here is the part number to the single case bumper for the 372. 537 04 29-01
Cut4fun is right. I couldn't read my own numbers. The correct number is 537 04 29-01. I've checked again. Sorry!
Felling Dogs... also known as "Dull Chain Over-ride" ;D
I just ground mine down to the point where they didn't get in the way so much anymore, but still provided some protection for the oil tank.
