Since early June we have been pounded by rain, between 25-30" locally including 7" in one night a few weeks ago. I live in a low spot, and parts of my yard have been underwater for nearly two months now. In the last couple of weeks the leaves of several trees in my yard (a dogwood, 5 peach trees and a wild cherry) have turned yellow and then brown like they would in Fall. My question is....will the recover next spring or will all this wet weather end up killing them?

If it dries up, I bet that they will make it.  If the ground stays saturated for a lot longer, they probably won't.  Nothing that you can do but wait.

About the same UP here. I've had calf deep water in parts of my woods since snow melt and usually by the first or second week of June its all dried up. In those spots almost all the leaves on the underwater trees are turning yellow/brown and wilting. I expect the leaves to start dropping in the next couple of weeks. Wait until next year and see if they leaf out, if not that's where I'll cut my firewood.
