MS 361 oil pump problems

All of a sudden my older ms361 keeps eating oil pumps . I've put new lines in and cleaned tank . The pumps last about 5 tanks of gas then seize up . Never ran into anything like this before . Was wondering if anyone has any experience with this ?

might be a bearing issue?.
If it hangs to the left, your likely to be a Husqvarna man.
If it hangs to the right, your likely to be a Stihl man.
Anything else is an uncomfortable compromise.
                             AND
Walking with one foot on either side of a barbed wire fence can become extremely uncomfortable at times.

I would tend to agree with that.
Bill_G, try shaking the crankshaft, Does it have any lateral shake?
If yes, this could be the reason
