I be Dabbing.

Right now the odds are that the Panthers are favored by 4 1/2 points.
The computer score picked final score is Panthers winning 25-20 over Denver.

The Goat's pick is the Panthers to win by 16 points and Peyton Manning having to leave the game due to
the Panthers defense.

I'm rooting for the Seahawks. OOOPS forgot. That was last year. ;D Seriously, I would like to see Manning take this one for his grand finale.

I have mixed feelings; although I've never been a Bronco's fan, it wouldn't bother me to see Payton go out on top of game with a win.  On the other hand, knowing the Panther's have never won it, it would be nice to see them win.  Being decisive is a wonderful thing.  Roger

Having been a Tampa Bay fan for many years, I've always had a couple other teams that I root for. :D Denver has been one of those teams, but now that I live in the Carolinas, I have to go Panthers. In more important news, I've got my Superbowl menu planned, and the ingredients have been bought.
I hope my ship comes in before the dock rots!

Raider Bill

Manning and I actually share a common ailment, plantar fasciitis. I can sure understand his pain.
That said.....
As a Raider fan there is absolutely nothing I like about dem donkeys. I've even proclaimed being a panthers fan [temporarily of course] until the end of this game then I will hate the panthers just as much going into next season when the RAIDER NATION will rise again!!

I have no favorite in this contest.
Manning and I share a common ailment too.
That being too old to function at a high level for very long periods of time.
I would only be able run now if I were  being shot at.
Manning's problem will be somewhat different.
I am a fan of the only team that seems to be able to beat the patriots in a super bowl.

Recently it was reported on one of the news shows that on Super Bowl day, 1.25 billion chicken wings will be eaten.  I did not know that.

Where did all the wings come from .My word you order an all "white meat" dinner and they throw in a lousey wimpy little wing and have the nerve to call it a piece .It's a replica of a piece. Now it's one thing if you order wings quite another if they try to pawn them off on you .

They must be growing chickens with more than two wings. Whatever happened to necks another great mystery .Buffalo necks perhaps the next craze in the ever changing fast food industry .

I don't watch to much football, but after listening about The Old Guy Qb for a while I wanted The Bronco's to do what they did. Excellent game. Also I liked The Jeep commercial. Missed it on TV

sawguy21

Denver offense didn't look particularly good, there were some pretty dumb penalties and missed opportunities. The defense was a whole 'nuther story, they absolutely shredded the Panthers o line. 7 sacks in the Super Bowl ??? I'm glad to see Manning go out on a high note, he has had a remarkable career.

I agree.  That Bronco's defense was impressive.  They made Cam Newton look human.

I'm not a Bronco's fan but, if this is Manning's last dance, I'm glad he's going out on top with a another ring.  Roger

same here, commercials are what they are, the half time show has become a disgrace, I might just be getting old, but clearly I would rather watch some good High School Marching bands then the mess that has become so  popular,, I have a hard time understanding any part of what they are saying or doing,,

Dorito's commercial had us rolling on the floor.  One of the most hilarious.

Never before saw a football player look at a fumbled ball like it was a rattlesnake and didn't want to get bit.  I thought every football player instinctively dove for a lose ball.

I thought that brief segment with Carlos Santana just before the start of the third quarter was better then the whole halftime show. They could've left Cold Play and Beyonce out and let Santana play at halftime; that would've made a great show.

Both Dorito's and that Jeep commercial Brian posted were winners. Everything else for me was a dud.

I thought the game itself was entertaining. I've watched Detroit self destruct in games like this one for so long, I was most impressed that Wade Philips kept his defense so focused.

Cedar,

Same with me and my wife on the Doritos ad. It cracked us up. I understand a lot of folks were mad about the "Premature delivery" but I understood the nurse to say the baby was due any time so I guess they just didn't hear or pay attention to that.

I was not happy with the outcome of the game but I do think it was well played by both teams especially the defenses. I didn't like the first challenge results but based on the rest of the came feel the Broncos would/should have won anyway.
