Loggers in Mexia, tx area

My father has a small ranch outside of Mexia on Hwy 39. We have an abundance in cedar on the place. Lots of trees that are probably in 10-12" or greater at the base and at least 20-30' tall. My father has done his homework with different saw mills in the area and has quotes from several of them. The problem we have ran into though is finding a logger who has time to come look at the place and see what needs to be done. The land is only 83 acres and has oaks that he wants cut down too including a lot of large white oaks. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
