Things you maybe missed?: Barbers Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham?; Baseball Museum in Birminham?;  Memphis MS river museum?; Memphis BBQ?

I'm not much of a NOLA fan but do like the architecture & enjoy walking among the old houses out in neighborhoods and some of the food-not French fancy stuff though.  Honestly, Birmingham has better BBQ than Memphis-IMO of course.
