Festival of Lights
« on: January 18, 2013, 02:31:01 PM »
Every year New Plymouth puts on a Christmas light show at the central park. It's always worth look at, the part itself is very nice place anyway, but light up at night it's awesome. the kids especially love it.

I'll let the pictures do the talking.

Also I LOVE our new camera  ;D

Main lake at dusk. Poets Bridge and the row boats.

Band Rotunda

Poets Bridge with the top of Mt Egmont behind

Main lake just on dusk

Poets Bridge

Lil and Taylor on the bridge

Tree ferns

Big ole Totara tree with the sleeping giants bed

Dr Suess Island

Main lake at night

Fountain lake

Black Lights

And finally, waterwheel.

Hope you enjoyed the tour.  :)

Weekend warrior, Peterson JP test pilot, Dolmar 7900 and Stihl MS310 saws and  the usual collection of power tools :)

It is truly amazing.I am astonished by the selection of colors..They give light a tinted appearance which totally glorify the atmosphere of lake.
