But it sure smells sweat with the hickory smoking on this lil butt roast, wife is on another Saturday science class, thought it would be proper to have some pulled pork for dinner,  hope she is up for it,

got about til six til its ready,  sure smelling good at this point,  one day I will have a proper smoker, but the ole weber has done it's duty for a lil while now,
only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

Looks great. Webers make a great smoker. Nothing like a pulled butt with Southern Carolina barbecue sauce from the first Weber  grilling book. Enjoy  digin1

A proper grill master don't need a fancy smoker to make good food. You use what you got.

I agree Lee, worked at a contest in town a few years ago and some of the best food came from a team using 55 gal. drums with little magnetic stickers stuck over holes drilled around the bottom to control draft.  I love playing around with grills and smokers but am by no means an expert, my wife got an Omaha just like it for mothers day (she did ask for it) and so far i love it but need a little more practice with it  :D.
