Clutch Inspection on Norse 350 Winch

Would like to ask if anyone has experience with clutch inspection/maintenance on Norse 350 winch. I've had mine  for 8 years  and draw about 20 cords of firewood with it per year. It's always worked like a charm on my JD 820 Mannhiem. I'm beginning to skid firewood for this summer's work. Used it for the first time yesterday. No issues but I try to stay ahead on any maintenance issues. The manual is very skimpy on this topic. Curious if anyone has done such maintenance on this size Norse any any suggestions/help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time. Steve K.

Drive it until it breaks!!!!
I have used a 450 Norse since 1993. Worked it hard for 3 years, now it lives a life of ease with just firewood. 
My sprocket is starting to show some wear.
