San Dimas Technology Development Center:  Log-scaler video highlights safety

The San Dimas Technology and Development Center recently completed a log scaler safety video.  The video can be used as a training aid for yard and truck scaling functions used in the production process.  The video contains procedures and practices to help prevent accidents and injuries to Forest Service employees, contractors and cooperators.  Copies of the Log Scaler Safety DVD can be requested by contacting Janie Ybarra at jybarra@fs.fed.us.
