moisture for cedar to be stacked?

Would like to know what the moisture reading should 

be to stack cedar boards without stickers?

With Western Red Cedar, less than 15% mc has worked for me.

I'd like to piggy back on here - I had the same question about white pine. Do you think any wood would pretty much be dead stackable at 15%

Yes, at that point, it would be fine.  Remember that many kiln dried studs are only dried to 15%, and many areas of the country only air dry to about that anyway, generally 13% to 15%.

Under about 19% mould and fungus can't grow on the wood, so 15% will be safe. The closer you get to equilibrium the better, but locally that's about 14% anyway. 

If you are dead stacking, make 100% sure water can't get at it. If water drips into a dead stack it can't get out quickly, and then bad things happen.
