You ever have one of those day that you shoulda just crawled under a rock and hid? Taking the riding lawnmower over to my mothers house to mow the tie down strap breaks and the mower goes bouncing down the road totaled. Wife goes to visit her grandma and gets the side window knocked out of her car. Pumping the beginnings of the pond out and the generator throws a rod. Makes me look forward to work tonight so Lady Luck can crap on me some more !!

sometimes you have to grin and bear it.

It doesn't sound like anyone was injured, that's a plus.

Atleast the mower didn't go through the Wife's window, sending her into the pond.   Keep your head up and try to look forward.

And the torture continues. Working on the pond project this morning and a bolt that holds the radiator guard grill on the tractor vibrates out letting the grill swing down wards and back and knocks a hole in the radiator.  :(

Looks like this week is starting off to a great start once again. Got a phone call from the local sheriffs department that they need me to testify in court Wednesday. A temporary employee I fired for drinking on the job and then had to have the police escort him off the companies property is fighting his public intox charge and now claims he was not in the plant the night the police loaded him in the back of the car. What a moron not only does he waste good air someone with a brain could use, but now the ignorant smuck wants to waste my time with his moronic story. smiley_furious3
