Another small professional Stihl saw is the MSA 161T.  I didn't check it's specs but with its battery it would be heavier then the gas job MS150T PHO

To make it a fair comparison the 150 would need to be full of fuel as the 161 is already fueled up with it's battery.
Both saws share the same bar,/chain.
