Title: Christmas Card
Post by: WV Sawmiller on December 11, 2020, 07:47:51 PM
Well, we have been busy addressing snail mail envelopes and I just sent the rest out by e-mail where I had the addresses so I wanted to be sure and post our annual Christmas salutations to all of you. Stay safe, stay healthy. Please post your personal card here if you have one.

Looks like a fine and happy crew although I can't tell for sure if Sampson is smiling.

gspren,

Sampson probably was not smiling. He is kind of camera shy. He does smile when Becky opens the fridge and is standing near the sliced ham and the sliced cheese which are about his favorite treats. I have taught him to bark when I saw Quinn, my 4 y/o grandson's name so when they get on the phone I can get him to bark and Quinn thinks he is talking to him.

I am surprised not to see any other personal Christmas cards posted here. I thought that was how everybody did that. I was mildly chastised for e-mailing one to an old USMC family friend whose wife said it was not a Christmas card if it did not come in an envelope in the mail I mailed out $25 worth of these snail mail today but e-mailed as many as I could to save time and cost.

While I am thinking about Christmas cards I'm going to vent a little. It really frosts my windshield to get a Christmas Card from an old friend I have not seen in years and find they did not include a return address so I can't send one back. If you are a culprit and don't include your return address please do so. You can get those little stick on labels or print up a bunch and glue/tape one on easy enough if you don't want to write each one. Merry Christmas.
