My hired man broke the pull start and I fixed it.
It would pull the saw over.
He took it flooded it.
Now it won't even pull.
I take the side cover off and the pull works.
Took the spark plug out and turned the saw over and no gas came out.
Is my saw now siezed up ?
Any help would be appreciated 
Lt 40 wide with 38hp gas and command controls , F350 4x4 dump and lot of contracting tools

Is the saw still locked up with the recoil cover off?

I took it apart today and moved it by hand and some plastic part came out broken. 
Took the muffler off and the piston looks good.
Lt 40 wide with 38hp gas and command controls , F350 4x4 dump and lot of contracting tools

The air snorkel next to the flywheel has broken on my 372 a couple of times when it ate a starter rope
A bunch of chainsaws a BT6870 processer , TC 5 International track skidder and not near enough time

I got the saw running
I told my hired man not to use the decomp button .
When he does it won't start.
Can I still run it with the air snorkel broken?
