We have them right down the road from where I live also. They are in a old army depot that is fenced in and almost always visible when you drive by it. http://senecawhitedeer.org/white-deer-natural-resources/white-deer-seneca-army-depot/

Are they true albino, if they do not have the pink eyes? Or white deer? Wondering out loud here.

You are right beenthere. Ours are only white deer. I did not realize there was a difference.
