Had my central boiler  classic for 3 months now.  Been complaining to dealer about creosote several times  All I get is secretary his wife.  Was blowing fuse on damper every 2 to 3 days   May have corrected that with neverseize on damper edges .  Door has been sticking closed when o.  opening to refuel.  Tonight the seal pulled loose from the door.  The only answer I get from them is I dont know how to run it and my wood is bad.  Checked wood  It is below 12 percent moisture. Ran the same model 20 years with no problem.  venting but can also use advice

Might be getting somewhere with the furnace.  called warranty at the factory.  The person there had several thoughts about what might be wrong.    They are sending another dealer out.  He has had this problem before and has been able to correct them. One of the things he is bringing a different linkage for the draft and has a few other things to check.  He will come when the new linkage gets to him. All I could get out of the installing dealer was I was firing it wrong and my wood has creosote in it.

In my experience on my Heatmor, creosote buildup is an air leak, or poor air supply. In my case I fought with mine for a bit when I replaced the original door seal. The creosote was over the top, and it was hard to get  afire going. Finally, my induction fan died. When I replaced it, all of my problems went away. I just had a weak fan the whole time🤷

I 2nd Barbender.  My Heatmaster was generating a lot of creosote in January.  It accelerated rapidly and clogged up/burned out the fan and built up on the door.  Talked to my dealer who stopped by and said immediately there is an air flow problem somewhere, either a leak or a clog.  Turns out I had an airflow clog on the bottom damper because  I had not been cleaning the ash properly from that particular port.  Cleared the handful of ash and had to remove all the creosote that had been developing which clogged the fan and the door seals.  Bingo running like brand new since.

Both factory warranty and dealer coming said the same He is in it full time  but twice as far away.  Installing dealer told me all the problems were my fault.  A few years ago I bought a part from the guy coming liked his operation. full time where the installer builds houses and furnaces are a sideline.  The person coming is fifty miles away where the person putting the furnace is 20
