What are you trying to do make the rest of us look bad!

If it was me I'd try replacing the countertop of course the DW would have to be replaced after breaking it removing it. I'd flood the floor and that would have to be replaced. I have no idea what the fire department would charge...well you get the idea.

Nice, I like the tile you chose very nice. That sure looks easier then changing the counter top  8)
