Never ran them before, been bear paw only.  Going on a 548E, question is....where?  

Good and bad about putting them on the front or back?

Your planning to run 1 set of ice chains total, is what your saying. How rugged of ground ?

Yes, I just have one set that came with the machine.  Just curious of which axle to put them on. It's just steep enough that I can't get a few places and the weather hasnt helped.  Got just a couple days of cutting left to finish up.

I would put them on the front.
