Let me break this down why I'm sorry you dign't get to eat one of these. ;D

Custom sausage made up by one of my buds from Forgotten Eagles.  Carmalized with a bunch of sweet peppers and onions, topped with pepperjack cheese and jalapenos on a toasted bun.

My mouth is watering although hold the peppers.

I was told yesterday we are down to 4 pounds so it looks like I'm making sausage real soon myself.

We did 86 lbs, breakfast and Italian venison sausage last weekend. Added 20% pork fat from the pig we bought last fall.

 
Shared some with two guys that helped with the grinding.
