My neighbor built this patio recently. The post are 4"x8" braces and the post are 8"x8"x8' ERC that was sawn by Arky last year. The ERC table I made last week to go under the patio. All ERC was treated with deck sealer. In my opion this is a really nice patio. Sun screens that can be pulled down on west side. Misters all the way around. I hope Arky will see what his labor has turned into. I am proud that he got to saw these. Maybe Kansas will tip him to take a look. bg

If the floor would have been tile, it would look like a lot of things we saw in Costa Rica.  :)

Only thing I don't see is the bathroom.  Otherwise, I'd move right in.

I MIGHT be able to do the building part but that brick and floor work is beyond me. That is some nice. The TV I could do with out too.  ;D
