Reindeer sculpture for Christmas

hi guys

wifes giving me an ear bashing for not doing a reindeer sculpture, anyone got tips on how to make them  something around  3' in height

I guess you take a peace of wood or a block of ice and you cut away everything that dosen't look like a reindeer  ;D Not to make fun but I don't have any idea hope somebody can help you.
