Verizon What's Your Opinion ?

It started raining on Monday afternoon so I ran to the Verizon store in Lima Ohio. Went in and told the lady what the guy told me from Texas and she said we can't give you a receipt I said you just take a peace of paper and write you received this phone from me on the 30th of October and you send it in and when you get it back I have proof that I dropped it off here. No can't do that you have to take it back to Walmart, I said there is nothing they can do because it is up to Verizon to credit me the 198 bucks . Well to make a long story short I am still up the creek without a paddle. Is it over not at all in my opinion it is the principal of the whole thing. Never worked want money back pretty straight forward I think  ;D.
