with the price of lumber on the rise, thoughts on sawing you own lumber for framing a house. what size would
you saw studs, that after you klin dry them that you would not have to plane them? would you saw them 1/8" over
size, for example 1 5/8" x  3 5/8", 1 5/8" x 5 5/8", 1 5/8" x 7 5/8" and so on? please give me your thoughts on this.

You should determine if the local residential building codes / inspectors will allow the use of ungraded framing / structural lumber. Many (most???) areas require graded / stamped lumber.

Ditto on checking to see what the grading requirements are going to be. Our new building official ok'ed having an engineer grade the framing on my current job. Cheaper than calling in a grader.
This table shows up in multiple code references. Since you are dressing with the mill those green dimensions are your sawing dimensions.
