I have always enjoyed watching trains. Our town was built around the CN and CP railways serving the mills and agriculture but times changed and both lines shut down. CN came back after two wood pellet plants were established and a couple of mills expanded. It is a bottleneck when they are shuffling cars at the local pellet plant but that is a minor price to pay for success.

It was beyond idiocy when the river valley lost it's train, in the heart of industry. But they just could not seem to figure out a better way to success. Infrastructure was wasting away and the old way of doing things caused customers to look for better service. Now the train goes for miles and miles through wilderness with no customers on the way. We need smarter minds with a get'r done attitude. ;)
