Terms and phrases for us green horns

Being a green horn I see that there is lots of words people use that I dont understand what it means, I usualy figure it out but it takes a little time. Is there some kind of dictionary on this forum I green horn can punch up and study a little. Sometimes Isa just to embarrased to ask...lol

You might want to cruise around the forum some time.  It's very rich with information just waiting for you to discover it.

Look up at the top and click on EXTRAS. Then click on F.F. DICTIONARY.

If the words you are looking for are not on there, you don't need to be saying them.  :D

There are many goodies tucked around the FF pages.  Just run that mouse pointer around and when it turns into a finger, click on it.  All of those icons across the top of the page, above the reply posting section, as well as stuff at the bottom of the Index page.

Lyle good thread  ;) the two phrases that came to mind that I have heard alot over the years are  ;) Theres no money in sawmilling !! . & Sawmillers & Loggers always have the butt hanging outa their pants Mate  ;) :D :D :D :D But its feed our family and upto 35 other familys for a good many years over the last 100years so it must not be too  bad  of a way to make a living :) ;) :D  ;D ;D 8) 8)
