Hi I was wondering if someone here might be able to tell me the size of the post (2inch I think) that the saw head goes up and down on. I want to Know the size of the nylon blocks they use, so that I can order them and use on my mill. I made my post out of 2 inch square tubing. I am hoping these will work.

Thanks
Dave

The posts on the TK2000 are 2x3.  The blocks are made of Ultra High Molecular Weight (UHMW) Polyethylene  which you can buy at industrial supply houses such as mcmaster-carr.  UHMW poly is easy to work using regular woodworking tools.

I had some 1/2 inch teflon that I cut and glued with epoxy but it didn't hold. Thanks for the info
