On Dec 14th, 2012, Wirt Davis Estates sold their holdings in East Texas to a real estate investment trust in Lufkin, Texas.  The best name I can come up with is Rayomeir investments.  Spelling is not correct.  Anyone know of this sale?

Strange, I heard of the sale this morning, and took an extended search to find it on the web.  Will be a significant land use change for the three counties they (and I) are in East Texas.
