SPEAK TO A PETERSON OWNER

If you're still deciding if a Peterson is the right product for you, get advice from our mill owners in the USA. Have a look at our Owner's Network map and directly contact a Peterson operator. There's no better judge of our products.

If you can't find an owner in your area on the map, contact us directly. There are lots of other owners in our network who don't have their contact details made publicly available but they'd still love to talk to you.

AFTER SALES SERVICE

Petersons have a great reputation for customer service before, during and most importantly after a sawmill sale. While our products are manufactured in New Zealand, we have been exporting worldwide for over 25 years and act swiftly wherever technical issues present themselves.

Our staff have conversations with our customers because we enjoy to, not because it's part of our job description. We're all passionate about our products, and making sure that the right sawmill is built for your needs - that's why all mills are custom built with care from quality materials.

"No problems with the shipping and great communications. You have a real good training manual and video and excellent customer service." – Forestry Forum Don, USA

OUR LATEST VIDEO - FULL LENGTH ASM CUTTING DOUGLAS FIR

I'll leave you with this latest video shot at the factory while testing an ASM destined for Washington state. The video was specifically filmed for a future Peterson owner who had a few queries on:

1. Whether design of the Peterson frame stays true. He wanted clarification that our twin rail track system with its supports and levelers ensure sag is eliminated or at the very least, minimised.
2. How low a Peterson swingblade can cut down in a log.
3. What freshly cut lumber looks light straight off the mill.
