I am going to be building 3 joined solar Kilns with North doors like yours.
to dry 2x6x10 Douglas Fir boards from the sawmill.
all 3 will be side by side on concrete blocks, the common walls will be removable to dry a 2x12x21 foot when necessary, these loaded from the West end

may use an Outdoor Wood Furnace to heat them in the future.
radiant floor heat?

Radiant heat does not work in a kiln as the amount of energy needed at certain times is large, so the heating system must be over-built.  Technically, you can use radiant heat, but it creates drying issues due to variable demand.

i have 3 to 5 squirrel cages, would those work for moving air, better than a box fan. and use a 3 speed motor

squirrel cage, duct to car radiator, then a thermostat to regulate heat
worked great in my dads shop, 50x54
