Is Tea tree (manuka/kanuka) good for fence posts?

Hi there

I was wondering how long tea tree will last in the form of
a fence post? ???

Although it's pretty hard and strong the wood isn't durable in the ground  :(

Not a good choice for fence posts.

Sell it as top class firewood and buy some treated pine posts with the $$ ;)
