I called Woodmizer and transferred my new to me LT40HD to my name and cannot say enough good things about the tone I got from talking to them. smiley_clapping

Congratulations! I remember when I called to transfer mine, I had the same feeling. They asked me some good questions and I really got the feeling they were there to help.
