can't login or register question

My partner in the tool business says he can't login or register when he tries. Are there any new login steps I need to explain to him?

Here are his comments via email to me:
No matter what I do including typing the link address. I cannot enter without logging in as a member. I tried to fill out the info for becoming a member but when I type in the posted letter sequence, it indicates what I have typed in incorrect. I have typed the letters as shown being upper case and even done lower case when the upper case was rejected.

No idea, it's not that tough, we have many registrations every day.  If he is not registered he can not login. The registration questions are not case sensitive.

Can anyone view our tools for sale list without registering?

Yes. The forsale section is open to guests. Almost the entire forum is. They just cant post.
