"Three tornadoes plus one earthquake equals a March Mississippi Saturday.  Violent tornadoes killed at least three people damaged several communities across the Magnolia State.  Two separate likely tornadoes hit Walthall County on Saturday afternoon, killing three people near Darbun along Bethlehem Loop Road, according to the county's Emergency Management Director Royce McKee.

An earthquake struck near Magee, an area dealing with multiple tornadoes on Saturday.  According to the U.S. Geological survey, a magnitude 3.0 earthquake hit Magee at a depth of 10.5 kilometers. Earthquakes in the 3.0 to 3.9 magnitude are considered minor."

I have 40°. First morning it's been this warm.
Foggy again. Last night I went and filled the OWB and there was a light mist going on. I can hear the water dripping off the trees this morning.
Suppose to get up into the high 50's today. No sun today at all.
Looks to be no plowable snow coming for the next 10 days. But that still leaves 5 more days we could get snow in March.
Looks like rain for 24 hours. Should start at midnight tonight.

The record cold was 2° in 1993.
I would almost bet I had below zero that day.

58 degrees here this morning with once-in-a-while misty rain.
Supposed to get into the mid 60's today, with mostly rain for the day.

Yesterday I had 70 degrees on my front porch!

It's coming, yes, Spring is springing!   :sunny:

Only one spot on the driveway that is wet is where the snow on an elevated part of the lawn melts and crosses the driveway. Everywhere else is dry and firmed up since yesterday morning. A couple more days and that wet spot will be firmed up to.  ffsmiley

50° here now, but been dropping through the night and will continue all day I think. We have rain that began around 9pm last night and came down like mad for a short period around 11pm. 3/8" of rain last night and 5/8" so far today with clearing not too far off. So not a pleasant day. Will be cool and cloudy all day. Tomorrow looks a lot better with clearing skies and temps nearing 60.

Wind and dust storms in Kansas causing several 50 to 70 car pile-up and some deaths.  Tornadoes ect.  We were in Stillwater and had to evacuate due to fire.  had to take back roads to get into town to eat, then slept in the cars till about 1 am to go back to our friend home.  they were spared, but we lost a lot of time to help get their new to them home in order.

Supposed to get another spring blizzard storm of the century type or 1-3" of wet snow depending on what doom and gloomer you listen to.  Hopefully it's about over with,  but then Magic's tornadoes move North.  :wacky:

30° and we got just a skiff of white stuff. Still looks overcast, but suppose to clear out. Suppose to get into the mid 40's today. That means snow will still be melting away.  :sunny:  Rain again Thursday night and Friday.

should get to the mid 80s today, but rain and snow mix tomorrow.  it will be cooler but not enough to let the bit of snow stick around.  will have highs in the 60 for the next week.

28° and clear this morning. Driveway is dry and firm now that the snow isn't feeding it water.  ffwave  It dries up fast anyway. I like a driveway that doesn't turn to mud.  ffcheesy
