I thought I would pass this good advice along to everyone since it clears up some popular misconceptions.

Of course it is essential to retain the dexterity of the digits through regularly exercising them

that reminds me of a neighbor I used to have-------Dr. told him to drink 2 oz of wine per day.   He got several centuries ahead :D

Every morning I do my exercises: up - down - up - down - 10 times, then the other eye :D
