Good evening,
I am looking to simply square off outside slabs on some smaller, under 10-12" logs. I have looked at videos for Granberg 555b vertical edging mill and 777 small mill. Both seem useful for my minimal milling needs. I think the 555b vertical edging mill appears more straightforward to use and better for my needs. I cannot seem to find a video showing how to make first cut on a small round log. Videos I have seen show the use of the device once you have one flat side. Any useful starting tips or how to video/ideas. Read More
