I made a little video on how to cut up a Chicken for parts and Boneless Breasts.  I should have had a little more narrative but I'm in a quiet mood today. :D  I cook the dark meat on the grill and the white meat is saved for another dinner usually as Chicken Parmesan.  Buying whole Chicken on sale does save you money if you aren't growing your own.  The Thighs, Drumsticks and Wings were really good tonight. :)

Dark chicken meat is my favorite. Seems not as dry and more flavor.
Give me a new saw chain and I can find you a rock in a heartbeat.

You're in luck!
Our new Sponsor Kasco SharpTech has some. 8)
Their company also services our stores with grinder knives and plates.
They have some on their truck for sale.  I got the orange handled Wenger.  It's a goodun.

Raider Bill

Their online store is sold out of that one. Price seems real good though. I'll give it a while and see if they get anymore in-stock.

It's a Swiss company, that might explain the orange.
I use mine then clean it and put it up so no one else dulls it chopping on dinner plates and stuff.  It comes with a plastic sheath.
When you order, get a Victorinox Steel along with it to keep a good edge.
I didn't steel the knife for a couple months after I had it.  It kept its edge.
It's used often.  The knife that is.

Thanks for the post Mooseherder, I've been looking for a good steel for years, know where I'm going and what to look for now.
