what would you consider a fair price for green log run (mixed grade) walnut straight off the saw? ???   cherry ???

In my area I get $4 a foot for walnut and $3 a foot for cherry. These are the two woods that sell the best in my area. Oak and Maple are next but, they don't bring much money.
i LOVE THE SMELL OF SAW DUST IN THE MORNING.
