Noticed many creatures finding the corn field overhead sprinkler system a summertime attraction.

Deer, 'coon, even river otter leave their tracks in the water ruts; fawn prints, coyote & bobcat tracks stalking along the circles in the fields. The otter there for a reason...frogs and crawfish, the otter seems to be quite the opportunist.

Birds of all kinds alite upon the structures to bathe and cool-off from mid summer's heat, the kildeer runs his little ones around the puddles, a real menagerie of critters.

For sure if you have a water sorce they will come  :D I dug a wetland a fews years back and I get a kick checking out all the different foot prints in and around the edges. Let alone a few snapping turtles, frogs and birds

The thing about corn, it provides food, water, cover..and usually cooler temps. Noticed today a 'coon trail coming up from a thicket to the field, I must tend to them soon.
