I recently posted about installing a Lubemizer on my LT40 and running diesel for lube. I still believe I made the right decision to install it, but I'm having one heck of a time dealing with leaks and drips. It started leaking at the spray nozzle after 2-3 days so I installed an in-line shut off valve. When I got tired of having to shut it off 100 times a day I called Woodmizer and they said it was the 3 psi check valve. I replaced the brand new check valve with another brand new check valve. It solved the leaking for a couple of days and then started again. It also started leaking at the check valve. I am now on my third check valve. My assumption is that the o-rings are not designed for being used with fuels. I have ordered new o-rings for the check valve and will replace them to see if this helps. Has anyone else had the same issues? If so, what did you do to solve it?
