My CB drips from the door also sometimes.

Engineer,  how big is the pipe in your main loop and how big is the circulator.  I have 1 1/2" copper and an 007 pump.

Main pipe loop is 1" Central PEX.  Pump is a Taco 010.  Boiler is 85 feet from heat exchanger in house.  Elevation is net zero, not accounting for friction losses.

How's the water level ???  I had an issue with mine overheating not long after it was installed and before I found the leak ;)  There wasn't enough water in it to keep it at the set temp when it was above freezing.  Below freezing when the house was calling for heat it didn't matter.  I added water found out where the water was going and it was fixed :)
