Title: Lumber (crib)
Post by: 69bronco on July 12, 2017, 07:52:31 PM
Needed more lumber storage, not ready for major bldg project. I use 42" stickers on my better hardwood with 4' aluminum sheets on top, still get sun bleach and wind driven water damage.

Covered the sides with landscape fabric and screened the gables. Put a little over a 1000 ft of 1/4 sawn oak on one side, other is half full of salted maple slabs. All were air dried first, hopefully there's enough air movement. If not the wife has claimed it for a garden shed.
