Lube Mizer stopped spraying Lube. Cleaned out the nozzle and did all the other normal things trying to find out why it wasn't spraying.
After following the flow from the tank, I found the water was not pumping through the check valve on the blade side.

I would tap on it and it would work for about 2 seconds. The heck with this!  :D You don't have to hit me in the head with a hammer......get on the phone.  :D
Called Woodmizer and I'll have a new one in the morning. Over night shipment.

This is the first time this has happened. Mill has over 800 hours on it. I guess this is just from normal wear.
The bad thing I was sawing some really pitchy Pine. I did finish the job by using my squirt bottle to spray the blade as I sawed the last 2 logs.

It happens to all of us.  ::)

I had all but forgot about those little rascals,  I changed one out  after the pump had died, how do you like those little clamps?     david
only have a few chain saws I'm not suppose to use, but will at times, one dog Dolly, pretty good dog, just not sure what for yet,  working on getting the gardening back in order, and kinda thinking on maybe a small bbq bizz,  thinking about it,

I changed both of those valves as they were both cracked.  (The previous owner put windshield washer in the system too late one season.)  I did away with some of the fun little clamps and used hose clamps instead.
It's the going that counts not the distance!

I was thinking the same thing. I may change to hose clamps while I'm in there. Makes for a better fit.

I installed my LubeMizer in 2002.  Everything is still original.
