If you have it in the outermost hole it will speed the engine up but will not respond as quickly to load changes. Moving the spring in will make the governor more sensitive but too much will cause surging or 'hunting'.

They are obviously trying to reduce numbers with 10 does.  Every hunter must be sick of eating venison.  Does the meat marble if you feed them corn?

nope, stays very lean with no fat in the muscle, but only in between.
